Review Policy

Why do I review books here at Unromantic Mondays? The main reason why, is because I love to read, and enjoy helping others find books that might be of interest to them. I would love to help promote any book that I am asked to review, but, I do have a few guidelines for you and myself.

— How do I review?—

When I go to write a review, I strive to give an honest one. Basically I will just critique, and give my followers, a basic overview without giving anything important away.

If I do not like the novel, I am given for review, I will not slam your work. I doubt this will ever occur, because I will only accept books that I think I will enjoy in the first place. But even if I don't like the book, I'll try to finish it all the way.

And I review books in the order in which I receive them.

— What do I review?—

I will review any Adult novels that are under the genres of: Romance, Paranormal, Urban Fantasy, Western and Comedy. There are some exceptions to this, but it is likely I'll pretty much stick to reading these types of genres. I especially love to read about werewolves, witches, and cowboys, so you will see a lot of reviews with books involving them.

I WILL also accept self-published books. I enjoy reading them and taking a look at what the publishing world is missing out on. So, if you are a self-published author please don't hesitate to contact me.

In formatting of books I can be sent EPUBs or PDFs, due to owning an e-reader. I don't mind receiving paperbacks and hardcovers for review either.
